A swollen fetlock,

a trapped duck and a dead chicken - all in one hour. Today I was looking after the horses of the old woman the second time. Her niece was in duty of the other animals. The age of the niece is 60+ and she has no experience with animals whatsoever. Instead she is afraid of them and so she was not able to free the bird which escaped accidentally. And the 2-year-old Kelpie shows no respect for her and was successfully chasing the chooks. He was chuffed to have killed a chicken which was laying between his paws. How will this goes on?
