When I returned from my client today the gate of the property was shut. Strange. Really strange. I always leave the gate open. A couple of hours later I knew what was going on: a farmer was driving his sheep along the road and he didn't want them to enter foreign property.

Kitty always finds a way to make me doing what she wants. She wants to come in: I open the door. She wants to go outside: I open the door. She wants food. I open a can. And then she only licks the fluid!



Fortunately there is 'Mr Verner'. I named the stray tomcat which I captured in a trap and desexed some months ago after the road I'm living in: Verner Road! I don't see him, but in the night he eats Kitty's leftovers.
