oh my dear - do you know what kind of owner it was?
i had some tamnophis sirtalis once, and they could be quite impressive if in bad mood. they were very tame, and tamnophis are harmless, but if they were hungry and i was not quick enough pulling back my hand when i fed them, i could feel their teeth - and they never used a tooth-brush, so you can imagine. little beasts - but very beautiful and interesting. with a skin like warm smooth silk.

So genau kenn' ich mich nicht aus mit der Artenbestimmung. Am wahrscheinlichsten/haeufigsten ist die hier:

Gluecklicherweise recht scheu. Angeblich hat der Hausbesitzer seinen Rottweiler auf Grund eines Schlangenbisses verloren. Andererseits hat hier jeder Tierarzt ein Antiserum und rechtzeitig erkannt hat die Behandlung gute Erfolgsaussichten (wenn man denn zum Tierarzt geht! Kostet ja Geld. Ein neuer Hund ist billiger)
